President

In 1986, Joseph M. Logar, Sr. started AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc. as a specialty carpentry, drywall company, licensed with the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board. Joseph M, Logar, Sr. is involved in managing daily operations and all services related to clients. Joe is the license holder for the company and over sees the field staff and deals directly with the vendors and customers. Joe is the license holder and takes pride in the excellent reputation he has developed.

Vice President

Doris Logar, Owner/ Vice President, became involved full time with AAA Services Of Central Florida in 2000 and deals primarily with marketing, business development, and financial services. Doris has an inactive State Builders license, a Community Association Manager's License with an AMS designation, and a Florida State Real Estate License. She was recently recognized in the Manchester's Who's Who for Executive Accomplishments and Achievements.

Our Work

Over the years AAA Services Of Central Florida focused mainly on repair and maintenance work and with little advertising grew to be a premier, full service contracting firm in the Tampa Bay area.

Today, Joe Logar is a State Certified Building Contractor ( CBC-1252171). The company has a full time staff of twenty and has been rated in the top 2% of Angie's List of preferred vendors.

Knowledge

AAA Services believes in education and has on staff 2 State Licensed contractors. In addition we have 1 carpenter who has completed the NARI Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) field management program , and two CR-certified remodelers on staff.
