Our Background

AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc. is a full-service Construction Company engaged in residential and commercial construction. We have been serving the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service skills and our skilled and qualified personnel. We have completed thousands of projects and we know what it takes to complete a project successfully. AAA Services staffs 2 Building Contractors with Certified Remodeler Destinations and 1 General Contractor and 1 Certified Lead Carpenter with NARI. Owner Joe Logar currently holds a position on the Board of Directors of NARI for 2007. AAA Services was Remodeler of the Month for May of 2007 with Qualified Remodeler, a nationally recognized remodeling magazine.

What We Do

Our residential division performs renovations, additions, new home building, custom construction, various repairs, and we specialize in the design build process. We pay close attention to the details during every phase of construction and strive to produce high quality results. To accomplish this we coordinate, monitor and control all aspects of the project. As the project progresses, we will keep you abreast of all developments and notify you of any possible impacts to the project timeline. We will also participate fully in the selection and approval of all installed finishes.

AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc. is very involved in local and state organizations. We are members of The Tampa Bay Builders Association of Home Builders (TBBA), The Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) The National Association of Remodeling (NARI) and The Mid Pinellas Largo Chamber of Commerce.
